While many couples enjoy tackling the planning beforehand, they will agree that they do not want to have to worry about anything the day of their wedding. Nor do they want this worry falling to their friends and family. Day-of-Coordination is an incredible option to set your mind at ease so you can simply enjoy one of the most important days of your life! This is where you leave all of the set-up, trouble-shooting, and wrap-up to me. Guest counts over 50+ may include additional charge. What is included? • Meet with couples for up to 2 hours prior to event (at least 1 month out) to discuss vision, create/review schedule and services contracted. • Final walk-through of venue, if within 90 miles to my business location. If not local, I will spend extra time becoming familiar with every last detail. • Up to three hours of phone/virtual support for the month prior to event • Confirmation of services with all vendors two weeks prior to event • Full day of set-up and wrap up • Assistant to Wedding Coordinator • Exceptional trouble-shooting and emergency kit
